Sign up and connect

  1. Create an account at CraftCX and log in to the dashboard.
  2. From the Integrations page, choose New Integration and connect your helpdesk.
  3. Follow the instructions to finish connecting your helpdesk, or take a look at our integrations page for more options.
As your AI Agent handles conversations in your helpdesk, you’ll start to see CraftCX calculate AXIS scores for all your conversations.
