Autopilot messages are detected when Front sends messages from the front_ai_autopilot AI author. Autopilot Resolve is a separate product and is tracked as a separate AI agent.

Getting Started

Connect Front, enable the Front Autopilot AI agent in CraftCX, and configure your Front webhook rule. When conversations include the supported Front Autopilot author, CraftCX attributes those messages to the Front Autopilot agent automatically. Learn more at front.com
