How is the AXIS score calculated?

Each conversation is rated from 1–5 for Resolution Accuracy, Interaction Effort and Handoff Smoothness. The AXIS score is the average of these three numbers.

Which helpdesks are supported?

AXIS works with any platform that can export transcripts. We currently provide one‑click integrations for Zendesk, Intercom, Front and Gorgias, plus an API for custom sources. Are we missing your helpdesk? Let us know and we’ll add it to our list.

Can I export my results?

Yes. Scores and explanations are available via the dashboard or API so you can analyze them in your own tools.
