1. In the AXIS dashboard go to Integrations → New Integration and choose Intercom.
  2. You’ll be redirected to Intercom. Select the workspace you want to connect and grant the requested permissions.
  3. After authorizing you’ll return to AXIS and the workspace will appear in your integrations list.
  4. Configure a webhook in Intercom to post conversation events to your unique endpoint. Once events start flowing, AXIS will ingest and score conversations automatically.

AI Agent

After getting connected, you’ll need to select the AI Tool you’re using with your helpdesk. Select your AI Agent provider from the AI Agent Settings dropdown, and fill in any required fields, and hit Save.
