1. From Integrations → New Integration choose Gorgias.
  2. Enter your subdomain and continue. You’ll be taken to Gorgias to approve the connection.
  3. After authorizing the app you’ll return to AXIS and the account will be listed.
  4. You can optionally backfill recent tickets using the Backfill action to generate scores for historical conversations.

AI Agent

After getting connected, you’ll need to select the AI Tool you’re using with your helpdesk. Select your AI Agent provider from the AI Agent Settings dropdown, and fill in any required fields, and hit Save.
