1. Select Zendesk under Integrations → New Integration and enter your Zendesk subdomain.
  2. Approve the OAuth request in Zendesk. When you return to AXIS the account will be connected.
  3. Click Configure Webhook to let AXIS create the necessary webhook and triggers in your Zendesk instance.
  4. Once configured, AXIS receives ticket events automatically and scores conversations as they close.

AI Agent

After getting connected, you’ll need to select the AI Tool you’re using with your helpdesk. Select your AI Agent provider from the AI Agent Settings dropdown, and fill in any required fields, and hit Save.
