# Using Settings

> Manage your CraftCX workspace and connected services

The **Settings** area lets you control integrations and account details for your workspace.
Common tasks include:

* Connecting or disabling helpdesk integrations.
* Generating API tokens for programmatic access.
* Updating billing information and notification preferences.

All changes save automatically. Many options include inline help so you know exactly what they do.
