# Quickstart

> Get your first AXIS scores in just a few minutes

## Sign up and connect

1. Create an account at [CraftCX](https://app.craftcx.com/sign-up) and log in to the dashboard.
2. From the Integrations page, choose **New Integration** and connect your helpdesk.
3. Follow the instructions to finish connecting your helpdesk, or take a look at our [integrations](/integrations/overview) page for more options.

As your AI Agent handles conversations in your helpdesk, you'll start to see CraftCX calculate AXIS scores for all your conversations.
