# Intercom Integration

> Steps to link your Intercom workspace to CraftCX

1. In the CraftCX dashboard go to **Integrations → New Integration** and choose **Intercom**.
2. You'll be redirected to Intercom. Select the workspace you want to connect and grant the requested permissions.
3. After authorizing you'll return to CraftCX and the workspace will appear in your integrations list.
4. Configure a webhook in Intercom to post conversation events to your unique endpoint. Once events start flowing, CraftCX will ingest and score conversations automatically.

## AI Agent

After getting connected, you'll need to select the AI Tool you're using with your helpdesk.

Select your AI Agent provider from the **AI Agent Settings** dropdown, and fill in any required fields, and hit **Save**.
