# HubSpot Integration

> Use OAuth to grant CraftCX access to your HubSpot account

1. From **Integrations → New Integration** choose **HubSpot**.
2. You'll be taken to HubSpot to approve the connection.
3. After authorizing the app you'll return to CraftCX and the account will be listed.

## AI Agent

After getting connected, you'll need to select the AI Tool you're using with your helpdesk.

Select your AI Agent provider from the **AI Agent Settings** dropdown, and fill in any required fields, and hit **Save**.
