# Gorgias Integration

> Use OAuth to grant CraftCX access to your Gorgias account

1. From **Integrations → New Integration** choose **Gorgias**.
2. Enter your subdomain and continue. You'll be taken to Gorgias to approve the connection.
3. After authorizing the app you'll return to CraftCX and the account will be listed.
4. You can optionally backfill recent tickets using the **Backfill** action to generate scores for historical conversations.

## AI Agent

After getting connected, you'll need to select the AI Tool you're using with your helpdesk.

Select your AI Agent provider from the **AI Agent Settings** dropdown, and fill in any required fields, and hit **Save**.
