### How is the AXIS score calculated?

Each conversation is rated from 1–5 for Resolution Accuracy, Interaction Effort and Handoff Smoothness. The AXIS score is the average of these three numbers.

### Which helpdesks are supported?

AXIS scoring works on any platform that can export transcripts. We currently provide one-click integrations for Front, HubSpot, Intercom, and Gorgias, plus an API for custom sources.

### Can I export my results?

Yes. Scores and explanations are available via the dashboard or API so you can analyze them in your own tools.
